Beyond my distinguished service, I proudly embrace the title of a first-time, first-generation homeowner. Throughout my journey, I faced countless obstacles with no guidance, no one to answer my questions, and no support to compare the essential aspects of achieving my desired outcome.

It lacked the personal touch and attention my family deserved. Regrettably, the aftermath of purchasing my house left me burdened with numerous unanswered questions, leaving me feeling exploited and deceived.
